Privacy at AFIQ

Clear information, minimal identity.

With your permission, AFIQ uses first-party website analytics to understand whether the public site is useful and where it can be improved. Analytics is separate from the waitlist.

What website analytics records

  • Pages and sections viewed, scroll depth, interaction choices and outbound clicks.
  • Active, idle and hidden-tab time, including pauses and session duration.
  • Anonymous conversion steps such as starting or successfully submitting the waitlist form.
  • Campaign tags, referring domain, broad device category and country-level location.
  • Page-performance measurements and anonymous error categories.
  • A random browser identifier, distinct visit-day count and days since the previous visit.

What analytics does not record

  • Your email address or anything typed into a form.
  • Passwords, message content, personal notes or the contents of the AFIQ product preview.
  • Full referring-page paths, IP addresses, exact pointer movements, session replay or device fingerprints.

Identifiers and retention

If you allow analytics, AFIQ stores a random first-party browser identifier for six months. It helps count consenting browser profiles and recognise return visits; it cannot establish that two browsers belong to the same person. The identifier is irreversibly hashed before storage in Cloudflare Analytics Engine, where events remain for up to three months.

The waitlist

If you join the waitlist, AFIQ stores the email address you submit so it can send launch updates and early-access invitations. The email is never copied into analytics. You may ask to unsubscribe or delete it at any time.

Your choice

You can allow or withdraw analytics at any time. Browser Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals are respected.
